APPLICATION PROCESS

To apply for on-campus living at Gordon, please complete the instructions below (Many of the following housing forms are in PDF format, which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader. Instructions for downloading and installing the Adobe Reader are available on the Adobe web site):

  1. Fill out the Residence Hall Contract (click the appropriate form based on age below)
    Over age 18 Residence Hall Contract (Online Submission)
    Under age 18 Residence Hall Contract (Online Submission)
  2. In addition to the Residence Hall Contract, download and complete the Gordon Commons and Gordon Village Lease Agreement below, if desiring to live in Gordon Commons or Gordon Village. Forms below are available in PDF format.

  3. Mail/send the original Lease Agreement to the Business Office (Gordon College, 419 College Drive, Barnesville, GA 30204).
  4. Mail/send your $300 ($50 non-refundable application process and $250 damage deposit) to the Gordon College Business Office.

All requests for exemptions from the above residence requirements must be presented in writing to the Director of Residence Life or official designee.
